Having spent over 14 professionally enriching years with Aviation, I have had the privilege of working in multitude roles within the airline industry that has enabled me to not just see the world, but to meet new and interesting people, build strong professional relationships, having gained in skills and knowledge by virtue of my association with the best stalwarts of the industry.

My extensive career span in the world of aviation was truly enriching in every aspect. During this tenure, I was exposed to various roles within the airline industry, starting off as a cabin crew, to progressively leading the Inflight services team in the capacity of Regional Head INDIA where over a 1000 cabin crew reported to me. I also had the opportunity to conduct interviews for the position of Cabin Crew across India for a leading domestic carrier, assisting with choosing the best candidates suited for the desired position.

The Aviation Industry, with focus on Customer Service, is my Forte and area of expertise. I wouldn't do justice to my knowledge & passion if I were unable to pass it forward to the aspiring and potentially capable youth of today.

In order to do so, I decided to embark upon my vision and create my own platform for like minded aspirants seeking to build a career within the hospitality industry.

Our new venture  “GoAviator Academy”  is the brainchild of this vision - which is to educate aspirants with current market trends, hone and develop the right attitude required for the role of a customer service representative and prepare them for several roles besides that of cabin crew within the airline and hospitality industry.

Our  vision and mission is to create success stories through appropriate mentorship, focussed individual guidance and customized training programs according to identified training needs and analysis.
